The WorkWise Modules

MODULE 1: FLOW AND SPACE

Participants analyse the way work and the way information flows through their workspace. They are able to identify bottlenecks and ineffective work practices. By applying the WorkWise principles, they are able to make quick and accurate decisions about what to do, when to do it and to act on those decisions.
Participants are provided with a systematic way to store and retrieve information. Eliminate unnecessary paper and files and become more focused.

The usual time commitment for Module 1 is a full day

MODULE 2: EMAIL MANAGEMENT

MS Outlook is a powerful, clever programme, underutilised by most. Used well and in conjunction with the Space and Flow Principles it enable users to manage their work volume, work flow, time management, and prioritising in a smarter, more effective way. Similar principles apply with Lotus Notes and Group Wise users

For best results Module 2 should be conducted within the same week as Module 1. The usual time commitment is 9am-2pm

MODULE 3: TIME MANAGEMENT

Once participants have set up a system to manage the Flow of information and a Space that supports this, they are able to take a wider look at how they achieve their results. They will learn how to prioritise and make decisions on how they use their time. Learn techniques for managing their diary and tasks that will ensure that what is being done are the ‘high return’ activities – the ones that get results.

For best results Module 3 should be conducted 2 weeks after Module 2. The usual time commitment is 9am-2pm

MODULE 4: FOLLOW UP

During this session, participants can review the changes they have made, remedial work can be undertaken and long-term action plans can be set.

For best results follow up should take place 2-6 weeks after Module 3.The usual time commitment is 9am–12 noon
