Delivery Options

STANDARD DELIVERY:
The Modules are usually delivered over 4 sessions, over a 4-7 week period.

Only the first 2-3 hours of each session is ‘training room based’ – the balance of each session is spent back at participant’s workspaces. This gives participants time to apply the principles at their workspace and to receive any individual coaching they may need.

Costs are based on group size:

6-8 participants
9-11 participants
12-14 participants

MANAGER AND PA:
When working with a manager and EA/PA, the focus is on defining roles and responsibilities and developing an efficient and effective working relationship that best supports the manager and team. It is very practical and has immediate impact; however we encourage long term change, so as with the standard delivery option we deliver the sessions over a period of time, as follows:

The usual procedure is to arrange an initial 3 hour session. Another session (usually 2 hours) is booked 1-3 weeks after this. There would generally be a 1 hour follow up some weeks later, and on going coaching, if required.

CUSTOMISATION:
The training can be delivered for individuals and groups smaller than 6.

Half day Introductory Workwise presentations and workshops can be delivered to groups of all sizes.

One or Two Day Workwise courses can be delivered in special circumstances eg for clients whose staff are geographically spread and need to come to a central location for the training; for clients outside of the main centers; or for those, because of time or budgetary constraints, need an abridged version of the training.
